This week we're talking to Jessica Murnane. Jessica is the creator of the One Part Plant movement & author of the One Part Cookbook (an initiative to get everyone on this planet to start eating one plant-based meal each day), host of the One Part Podcast (where she brings tough questions to inspiring people), and founder of Know Your Endo (an endometriosis education and awareness platform). Jessica has contributed to and appeared in magazines and websites that include Bon Appétit, Goop, Shape Magazine, The Kitchn, Mind Body Green, The Coveteur, Food52, and PopSugar. And has spoken at Apple, Taste Talks, Seed Food + Wine, Good Fest, and Wanderlust.
In this episode we talk about getting in at least one plant-based meal a day, advocating for your health and Jess's new platform - Know Your Endo (KYE). 1 in 10 women have endometriosis. Many don't know they have it and most are misdiagnosed or given the wrong info. KYE provides education, awareness, and support for those living with endometriosis.
