Today I am speaking with Judyth Engels.
Judyth is a Digital Economy Consultant working on the African continent with various international development organizations. She has a private sector background started in HR and moved into the Digital Economy space early in her career.
In this wisdom-filled generous conversation, we talk about so many things! We chat about negotiations around fee rates and really knowing your worth. We hear how Judyth overcame the first year of not getting any work, what that was like and what she did about it. Finally, she shares how understanding what is happening in your sector as well as who the people are in your sector is a key element of building your successful consulting practice.
