Today I am speaking with Nicki Davies-Jones.
Nicki has been working in HR in the social impact sector for 20 years. She is currently the HR Director of Mission East, a Danish NGO. Previously she was HR Director at Traidcraft. Over her career, she has reviewed a lot of CVs, many of them for consulting roles. In this conversation, Nicki shares 5 tips on how to make your consulting CV shine and get you the roles you want.
We chat about which CVS get rejected immediately and why, we delve deep into formatting, pictures on CVs, and length, and Nicki has some great advice for those just not having any luck at all in their applications for consultancy roles.
