She evolved from that disastrous experience to launch an amazing career as a self-esteem, branding and communications expert, speaker, and certified professional coach. She’s also the creator and presenter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Leadership Program, Powerful Leaders: Transform Your Personal Brand and Executive Presence. She was the first Honorary Command Chief at the Department of Defense’s largest aerial port, Dover Air Force Base.
