It was the place to be on saturday nights, drawing in millions of viewers on NBC over its life span. Join WU as we cover WWE's Best of Saturday Night's Main Event.
Plans change a little bit due to the sheer size of this set, which features over 30 matches over 3 discs. So, this week, we're only going to cover the first two discs only. Then, next week, we're going to finish the set up with Disc 3, the bonus matches, and the big finish.
So, what does this week's episode feature? Hulk Hogan... a TON of Hulk Hogan. 22 matches, about half.of which feature him. But, we also get.plenty of Andre, Piper, Savage, Dibiase, and plenty of other stars and momentous matches, like the most watched wrestling match of all time, as Hulk Hogan takes on Andre the Giant in a Wrestlemania 3 rematch. Also, Macho Man Randy Savage takes on Honky Tonk Man for the Intercontinental Championship, in a match that would change the WWE for the next year and a half.
Plenty to cover on this episode of WU, with 22 matches and plenty of Saturday night shenanigans to cover on the first of 2 weeks of WU covering the Best of Saturday Night's Main Event.
