On this weeks episode: I talk about some heavy stuff. Sometimes we all get into some deep dark places within our own minds. We HAVE to talk about it. It's not good to keep any of that bottled up. It could lead to some seriously dangerous decisions. Find someone to talk to. We all have issues that we're dealing with on a day to day basis. Everyone is going through something and there is a person out there for everyone to talk to about those problems. You just have to find that someone that you trust. It's not easy but it is necessary.
