If you are a team leader who understands that attracting and leveraging untapped Neurodivergent talent is the best approach to accelerating their success and navigating their challenges, you should sit down with Meghan Bonde, whose current focus is training and onboarding “for all kinds of minds.”

Meghan designs job-embedded professional learning opportunities to meet the needs and optimize the performance of a team. Through her unique, collaborative "grow interviews,” she uncovers underlying needs, identifying barriers in the system rather than labeling something a personal deficit. This allows for creative problem-solving, expanded inclusivity, and systemic improvement.

Meghan holds a Master's in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota. She is a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in Autism, ADHD, social communication, executive function, assistive technology, and learning differences. Her Educational Specialist degree (Ed. S) is in educational leadership, from the University of Northern Colorado. Additionally, Meghan holds a Principal license. While studying abroad in Vina del Mar, Chile, Meghan lived with a family and went to the local university to learn about Spanish and Chilean culture.
