Sarit Rodgers is a body-based somatic practitioner and certified yoga teacher specializing in trauma-informed yoga therapy. Her journey towards becoming a certified yoga teacher started with her passion for helping people feel more embodied in their lives. She blends yoga therapy, sound, movement, and touch to support her clients in experiencing a vibrant life force and resiliency.

Sarit has extensive experience working with developmental trauma, chronic pain and syndromes, sexual trauma, near-death experience, and medical trauma. She believes in using a bottom-up approach to healing trauma and stress-related disorders, which has been the driving force behind her success in the field.

As an ERYT-200/ RYT 500, Sarit has undergone multiple trainings, including Hatha-Vinyasa, Accessible yoga, Yoga for all Bodies, Yin, Restorative, Bhakti, and Hatha-Dharma. She has also taken multiple master classes in Somatic Experiencing with Dr. Peter Levine, a trauma healing and resiliency-building modality.

Sarit is currently working on building her own 100-hour trauma-informed accessible yoga teacher training and is an assistant and coordinator for Somatic Experiencing trainings. Her website saritzrogers.com showcases her extensive work in the field of trauma-informed yoga therapy.
