As the saying goes, we’re spiritual beings having a human experience - everything we do is part of our spiritual development. First up, we’ll start with sexual healing as a spiritual practice. It’s a conversation I had with sex therapist Heather Shannon, where we explore the idea that our sexuality isn't just linked to the sacral chakra, or even the heart chakra. Rather, our entire energy system is affected by our sexual health.
