Is social media creating stress in your daily life? Information flowing through people’s lives now more than ever, and much of it is distressing and challenging. There is huge room for interpretation and distractions. “The information overload is an increasing problem both in the workplace and in life in general?” Information and knowledge are great things, however too much information can short circuit our everyday life. Here is what I mean: to benefit from the information that we gather, we need to take the time to process some of the information, and we need to pick and choose what serves our lives. Too much information leads to Information Overload!!! Don’t be the tool of your tools.
