Nurses, it is time to step outside of that comfort zone. And the best way to do it? With confidence, humility and a plan of action.

Rachele Frazier RN, BSN, CEN was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She was an adventurer from birth, loving the sound of sirens and always curious of their destination. Rachele’s love for children landed her a nanny job at 17 and she moved to Guatemala with this family at 20 years old. Upon return, Rachele pursued an alternative wellness career in massage therapy and finally went into nursing in 2006. She has been in the emergency room for 12 years and is now using this skillset to pursue her passion for bringing medical care/knowledge to the children of Masaka, Uganda.
