Of course, the first stop in this winter saga is in the coldest location I could think of! In the three days that I was in the country, I made sure to hit up as many iconic spots and sites as I could. From geothermal spas to countless waterfalls, hiking up a glacier to one tasty hot dog stand (yep, my priorities are well set). And of course your host just HAD to see the northern lgihts.
