第四集節目帶大家認識位在宜蘭的佛光大學佛教學系，訪談郭朝順院長與陳一標教授，為大家介紹系上的課程規劃與研究方向。
佛光佛教學系的學風以漢傳佛教為中心，重視古漢語的訓練，先看懂文獻再談哲學的思辯。另一方面也重視梵文、藏文、巴利文、日文等多語言的訓練，讓學生有閱讀原典的能力，對佛教哲學才能有更深刻的掌握。除了與歐陸哲學、現象學以及心理學有各種合作之外，近期英美出現的「分析佛學」學派，也顯示出佛學吸引到分析哲學家投入研究的風潮。
