One of the biggest reasons why many investors pay too much for the properties they buy is because they don’t know how to determine what the After Repaired Value of each property is before making their offer to purchase. Today’s podcast will explain that guessing or using multiple listing comparables are not the best way to determine what the after repaired value of each property is.
