Welcome to AfterBirth, A Fourth, and more Trimester Support Group.

Hey loves, today we cover the gritty topic of Conceiving a Baby without Consent.

Three of the people in group have had or are having that pregnant experience, and so they chat it out. I appreciate their vulnerability, and what that journey has looked like for them, did it impact bonding, at what is a horizontal identity.

We also talked about hair, both curly Black hair, and straight euro hair, and what's the plan when it falls out in chunks. EJOLE!

So hop in, love us up as we figure out how to navigate this world, together.

If you have a posterior baby/sunny side up baby, what did you do about it?

Bev: moxa sticks on pinky toe

Rowan: Spinning Babies to help turn baby off back

Tiff: peppermint on sternum

A VBAC story from Katelin, she used therapy and Rowan's online scar course

Frances Coleman for a homebirth VBAC in Houston, this is Rowan's top recommendation.

Hair Notes:

Color deposit dye that doesn't eat your hair 1) Overtone 2) Irio Irio

Bev the hairstylist gives us the 411 on hair regrowth: Biotin, collagen peptides (her fave is primal kitchen vanilla )

Rowan says: massage with castor oil where hairline is receding to get the follicles growing. But then she loves castor oil for everything.

PS Snaps for Tif, her sober summer is going well! has helped quarantine quite a bit
