Reflections on the book "Intuitive Eating" Pt 1 (ep 26)

After being on my intuitive eating journey for almost 2.5 years, I'm feeling ready to read the official intuitive eating book and reflect on it.
Here are the questions that I reflect on during this episode:
- How have instinct, emotion, and thought been present or ignored during my years of dieting?
- What lessons have I learned and stored in my "memory files" regarding satisfaction during eating?
- How was I hyperconscious of my hunger and fullness when I first started and what tools helped me?
