Now, I have mentioned tracking or journalling your workouts and your routines in the past. However, another method to see where you are at, or rather to measure yourself is to add time to a particular exercise. This measures your muscle capacity and endurance. If you are great at pull-ups or think that push-ups are easy time yourself performing 25, 50, 100 reps and see how long it takes you to complete the full 100 or other number you choose.
