In today’s solo episode, I share my thoughts about why it is so important for us to become more intentional with our time and how doing so can increase fulfillment, confidence and self worth. I offer practical exercises to assess and reflect on what is currently working or not working in your life and how to start making real, lasting change. I share about some of the most common obstacles women face when trying to take more ownership of their time and their lives and how to address those challenges directly. I discuss why adaptability is one of the biggest keys to overall health and how to use boundaries and the middle path to increase our capacity to be flexible in the face of life’s uncertainty.
