In this episode, we recount the events surrounding the births of our first children, Exie's in 1995 and Ciana's in 2010.
Join us on a walk down memory lane that includes a spontaneous breaking of water, a humorous warning about the effects of castor oil, and how access to information impacted our babies' births.
We have a good laugh at ourselves and discuss how our own experiences affect how we approach birth now as doulas.
