Do favour any particular brand when it comes to Residential vs Commercial? (19:30)

Do you have a specified team member who concentrates on your tenders? (22:15)

When you win the tenders, are they generally smooth sailing or are there hurdles? (25:00)

What sort of percentage of tenders do you think you would be successful? (25:15)

What sort of Job Management systems do you use? (27:15)
