Marvel recently wrapped up a huge 22 issue event that spanned across every X-Men title and dramatically shook things up on Krakoa. An impending doom is approaching as the Four Horsemen are leading a dark army through the bridge between worlds in an attempt to conquer the mutants and take Krakoa for themselves. Professor X and the Quiet Council have been forced into an epic tournament of champions by Opal Luna Saturnyne with the lives of some of their best on the line for the first time since forming their new way of life. In part one of Chris and Kyle's breakdown of the X of Swords event they take you through each of the first eleven issues sharing the key events as well as their thoughts about this Mortal Kombat style tournament.
