Kevin starts off the episode by thanking everyone who reached out over the past few days to wish him a happy birthday as well as touching base. He then discusses how "Failure" as a child growing up does not translate to the world of Adulthood.
Kevin then discusses a few tips and tricks he has learned to help him deal with Anxiety and how communication can be a key cog in improving this aspect of mental health.
Kevin wraps up the episode talking about trusting the process with personal and mental growth, and how it is not linear or happens overnight. It is a constant grind and you have to allow yourself to enjoy the ups and downs.
