#15: Sandy Roberts - On Running, Grieving Well, and Leading with Vulnerability
Manage episode 287015161 series 2831376
Sandy Roberts is a podcaster, pastor, realtor, husband and one of the forces behind Sir Walter Miler. A great runner, Sandy's best mile time is 4:01.21, less than 2-seconds from joining the Sub-4:00 Miler Club, an achievement more rare than climbing Mt. Everest. In this episode, Sandy shares his past joy, determination and frustration that pivots around those two-seconds, and he explains to Tommy and Dusty why grieving well is critical to living well. This conversation is about running, but it's mostly about faith, community and self-discovery.
