Sandy Roberts is a podcaster, pastor, realtor, husband and one of the forces behind Sir Walter Miler. A great runner, Sandy's best mile time is 4:01.21, less than 2-seconds from joining the Sub-4:00 Miler Club, an achievement more rare than climbing Mt. Everest. In this episode, Sandy shares his past joy, determination and frustration that pivots around those two-seconds, and he explains to Tommy and Dusty why grieving well is critical to living well. This conversation is about running, but it's mostly about faith, community and self-discovery.

Find Ourselves QoW: "Which one of my mistakes taught me the most this past year? What did it teach me?"

Tommy's Recommendation: B's Barbecue, and date night with your spouse.

Dusty's Recommendation: Team In Training

Sandy's Recommendation: The work of Henri Nouwen, a Dutch priest and theologian
