Gabriel Dulong of Bière Boréale & I have a conversation about how he coped with 2020, his 1st brews, how he became a brewer, if he ever listened to metal, his 1st show, IPA du Nord-Est, freedom from flagships, keeping the beer fresh, collabs & his hangover cure.

Throughout this interview, we were enjoying Bière Boréale x Messorem Bracitorium 's "Tourbillon Polaire" the DDH Double IPA. This gorgeous brew poured out with a milky hazy veil, smashed juicy tropical fruits such as mangoes & pineapple on the nose, ripped a slightly sweet, fruity, dank, delicately boozy & enjoyable hop burn on the finish. It clocked in with a 8.6% ABV.
