Craig Sauvé & I have a conversation about how he coped with 2020, his 1st Brews, the soundtrack of his youth, his 1st shows, his time as a musician, making Montreal a City of Excellence in Heavy Metal, how to affect change & his hangover cure.

Throughout this interview, Craig was drinking Les Sans-Taverne - Coop et Brasserie Artisanale 's "LIGNE 71" the 4.5% ABV Stout while I was enjoying my new collaborative brew from Microbrasserie L'Ours Brun 's aptly called "BLACK IPA". This sick Black IPA pours out with a jet black veil with a rich espresso head, slaps sweet pineapple & roasted malts on the nose, kicks bitter roasted coffee & tropical fruit on the finish. It clocks in with a 7.2% ABV.
