The vast majority of people suppress their true selves and instead conform to society´s expectation of what you should be and how you should act, look, dress, behave and live. Is this you? To some degree at least? I expect you want to experience happiness correct? Let me tell you that you will never experience true happiness until you embrace you unique self and develop self love and acceptance of who you really are. Authenticity will always win. Authenticity creates happiness within as your soul and spirit rejoice and dance. I hope what I share in this episode makes you reveal more of your true self. Keep working on self love and when you reach a point of total love and acceptance of self you will experience happiness.
