Today I have the pleasure of speaking with Sven Riger on the Warrior Dads Podcast. Sven is a student of strength and fell in love with kettlebells in 2010. Realizing he had found his calling, he now holds multiple certifications through StrongFirst including SFG, SFL, SFG II, and SFB, making him a StrongFirst Certified Elite Instructor and in 2020 he became a StrongFirst Certified Team Leader.

He has also attended the Plan Strong and Strong Endurance courses to learn how to create effective training plans for his students. Sven studied Healthcare Management in university and now works as a strength and fitness coach in Stuttgart, Germany.
