Lots of online "gurus" advertise clients dropping "30lbs in 1 month" and we explain why this is highly unlikely and they are lying about clients progress. They also talk about how to set yourself up in a deficit, when to weigh and measure yourself, and the possibility that while you may be losing fat, your scale may still be lying to you about what is going on!
