Are you called to leadership? It’s a privilege to be a leader; a selfless position. God wants to personally develop us into the leaders we were created to be. Here’s my perspective on the qualities and priorities I’ve discovered as a leader. What I’ve learned during the development of my leadership and how God continues to refine me for the next level. I talk about why I focus on prioritizing a servant mindset and gratitude, why we’re meant to be set apart, managing grace for ourselves and most importantly, remaining humble.
