They travel the world teaching Mindfulness, Yoga, QiGong, Meditation, and so much more. Linda & Larry are co-directors of Mindfulness Travels, an educational organization that provides mindfulness-based training to health professionals in various locations throughout the world. In this Podcast they both discuss the importance of sleep for wakefulness, and vice verse. Linda also demonstrates one of her lovely sleep meditations. Together they dig into the neurophysiology of sleep, the life appraisal system they use, and their own training methods that have made a real impact on both “Sleep-fulness & Wakefulness.”
