They say that Education is the key to success. So des your Bachelor Degree determine how successful you will be? Does not having a degree mean you will not be successful at all?

For me going to school means more than just learning academically, it also means to learn about the importance of hard work, team work, how to communicate with different people, how to exchange ideas and learn self-awareness - which ironically I feel we are lacking very much in the world right now.

I have Jonaed on the show this week, the Founder & CEO of Nodegree.com, an online career resource for people without college degrees.

Jonaed wants to remove the stigma attached to people who choose not to pursue a college degree. He believes intelligent people come from all backgrounds and experiences, every job contributes value to society.
