Living mindfully lets you experience life in the now. It's about being in the present moment, not thinking of the past or worrying about the future. Cynthia DeFina is a certified School Psychologist, Mindfulness Speaker and Adjunct Professor of Positive Psychology at NJCU. She's an expert in mindfulness and an all-around amazing human being! This episode is about mindful living and teaching kids about mindfulness at an early age.
