A talk on coping mechanisms and how we live with our anxiety (or depression/grief) - both in healthy and unhealthy ways - be it through treatment or just lifestyle. Sometimes it's just plain strange what we do - like adopting pets.

Clinical mental health counseling masters student, working toward licensure here! Also, a long-term therapy patient, we're here to explore mental health from every perspective - even the therapist who IS the patient.
