This podcast is really so much more than the topic states, “Addressing Intellectual Wellness” as Andrew has working in the health space for over 20 year as his passion for health and wellness is evident. However, he continually refers to creating a mindset of wellness and believes that the key focus should be Intellectual Wellness, first and foremost the other dimensions can wait.
