Today’s podcast I talk to an inspiring online trainer, strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and physique competitor, Danny Kennedy (@djkfitness) from Danny Kennedy Fitness. The topic for this episode is all about Flexible Dieting.

Danny grew up aspiring to become a professional basketball player but when injury cut him down at an early age his passion for basketball turned into an obsession in the weights room. This obsession quickly became his career as he fell in love with strength and conditioning and soon became a physique competitor.

Danny’s passion for the industry is prevalent throughout this podcast as he aims to influence more and more people on a daily basis, stating ‘it’s not about the money, it’s all about helping others’.

Danny gives us an insight into ‘Flexible Dieting’ and his thoughts about why it is beneficial vs. mainstream nutritional plans, which he thinks are all ‘bullshit’.
