An Ascended Master is a great teacher, healer or prophet who has lived a human life and who is now in the realm of spirit. Master Rakoczy, also known as The Master R. and Master Prince Rákóczi was one of the first Mahatmas ("great souls") or Masters of Wisdom who appeared to the founders of the New Age religion of Theosophy. A Chohan ("master") of the Seventh Ray, he concerns himself with the ceremonial aspects of religion and magic, especially the most ancient mysteries.
