Loss and Love and Laughter
Manage episode 312734401 series 3232554
When it comes to losing someone you love, tears are almost a given, laughter, not so much. But Allen Klein doesn't agree with that. In fact he says they can co-exist and both can be used in healing. When he lost his wife after a bout with cancer, he relied on her zest for life and love and laughter as a way to keep he and his daughter moving forward. I love how he shares his memories of how he relied on instinct to move through his grief. His latest book "Embracing Life After Loss", is a great guide to help us graduate our grief.
