What are the best ways for partners to support lactation? Join us for a conversation based on a study of qualitative interviews of lactating women who share their perspectives on partner support. There are several issues to consider when designing a hospital policy to support lactation during hospitalization for the parent or child. We will review some of those salient points as we review the 2021 Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine Protocol on this topic. Take a guess- how much colostrum can women express at 20 hours postpartum? What about 36 hours postpartum? Join us to find out! Recorded in January 2022.
