So you’re searching for Nutrition information. You hit the all knowing oracle named Google and it sends you back thousands of pages of information. Everything from Fad diets, to nutritional supplements and you instantly feel lost. One article tells you exactly what to do, the other one tells you everything in that other article is garbage. You read about the latest restrictive diets and calorie counting and your eyes glaze over. None of it sounds fun and you’re hit with so much information about how to reduce belly fat or exercise to get the perfect looking…whatever.

Now you feel lost and judged by a computer and it doesn’t have to be this way.

Today we are talking about food and our relationship with it with Kristen Lorenz and we have a discussion about food, good metrics for success, and her take on what preparedness means when it comes to food.
