White Wine Cream Sauce Recipe 🥂

Onion to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup white wine of your choice
1 cup organic heavy cream
1 cup organic unsalted butter
salt/pepper/organic agave to taste
Directions"
-Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes
-Add wine and reduce to 50%
-Add heavy cream and butter
-Bring to a boil twice stirring consistently to not burn it
-Take off the burner and let it thicken
Spread over fish or seafood (make sure it says "wild-caught" if you buy it in the store! Grill the fish in avocado oil or unsalted organic butter
