Feedback You Can Grow On with Donna Ferris
Manage episode 329764860 series 2839152
Sober since March 1, 2021 my guest this week is Donna Ferris. Donna is an author and a coach who helps people with transformation and an author of the book “We’ve Got to Stop Meeting Like This” which I am reading right now and it VERY good! Donna is going to share with us how she got onto her sober journey and the tools that she uses to deal with trauma and grief.
Donna Y. Ferris lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania and has a second home in Duck, North Carolina with her husband and dogs. In addition to continuing to work in corporate America, Donna teaches yoga, life coaches, leads retreats, and writes (for publications including Elephant Journal and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette).
