On the 8th episode of the Cultivating Success podcast we're joined by Dr. Lauren Crum, a Life West alum, who after graduating in 2005, spent a year in Costa Rica where she served alongside her brother and sister-in-law, practicing both upper cervical and full spine. Upon her return, Dr. Crum opened/ran her own chiropractic office in Oakland for 12 years. After becoming a mom and seeing the need for a change, she took a step away from her practice and is back at Life West serving as the Dean of Clinical Operations. Throughout this episode you’ll hear Dr. Clum and Dr. Bremner share their experience of being students at Life West including some of the benefits of attending there and how truly defining what your ‘best service’ looks like and what's important to you leads to every person having access to the service that is best for them. They discuss need for cultivating long-lasting relationships, why you should take (and pay attention!) to any business classes you take while in chiropractic school, and end with the importance of trusting your journey. If you’re a student or a recent graduate, this episode is for you!
