Regardless of your stage in business, as soon as you go public, you have to become very mindful of your conduct, presentation, reactions, and impact.
Many of us entrepreneurs forget, that we don't have to be Hollywood celebrities, public figures, or run a big company in order to be observed, judged, and held accountable.
Also, there may be instances, where we do everything right, spending many years building a legacy and losing it all due to a one-off mistake in conduct, or a wrongful accusation.
In this instance, as recent loud events have shown us, whether you're a top-paid Hollywood star, a well-known influencer, or an average Joe running a small business, your carefully crafted career can disappear in a blink of an eye.
And despite the financial status, you can lose one thing even money can't buy - public opinion.
