In the latest episode of the 87% podcast we spoke to mental health campaigner and author, Hope Virgo. Hope suffered with anorexia for over 4 years, which then led to her being admitted to a mental health hospital in 2007, where she lived for a year. Hope talks to us about her recovery and her new relationship with food, as well as her love for running. Hope says she originally became obsessed with running and saw it as a form of punishment, but after a long time she began to include running into her wellbeing routine.
