Let it Go… No Really, Let That Shit Go! - Jen Liss Part 2 of 2
Manage episode 343418020 series 3403231
Today is part 2 of our 2 part mini-series with fellow creative, Jen Liss! Jen and I mirror back and forth to each other every time we speak and it opens the door to call in a hell of a lot of fun while also organically and courageously tacking a whole heap of vulnerable topics that connect us deeply and keep us up-leveling like badasses. I’ve said this before but it’s worth a reminder. Surround yourself with a high vibe tribe of people taking action in the ways that light you up. It’s like jet fuel for you to soar past all the shit that’s holding you back. These connections are really important and the conversation today reminds me of the power of our thoughts and the importance of mirrors and windows in our lives to see who we are and who we want to be.
We also tackle the fear of judgment, the true power of creativity, how consistency is the key to everything, and that simply choosing to feel good is a thing and it will literally change the course of your day, week... life. We and Elsa implore you to just LET IT GO.
Of course we dropped #lillovebombs all day long. Here are just some of my favorites:
- Surround yourself with a band of beauties that make you better.
- Be open to how it shows up. Don’t future-trip and anticipate how it will happen, instead focus on how you want to feel.
- Believe. Trust. Receive. In that order. Try it and report back…
- Judgment is a way to stay stuck. Are you going to let your own insecurities and self judgment stop you from helping other people or are you going to get out of your ego and help make the world a better place?
- Simply Choose to Feel Good. Pattern interrupt whatever crap ass shit that’s flowing into your mind with a moment to just feel good.
- Reflect early, Reflect often. Find a number that is meaningful to you and set that date as a monthly reflection date.
- Embrace Duality. We can be deep and serious and still laugh.
- You are the sum of all of your experiences. Each one offers a gift whether it looks like you wanted it to or not.
- It is ok to be grateful for what you have and also desire more. They don’t cancel each other out.
- Desires are roadmaps of the things you truly want to do. Listen to them.
- Let that shit go. Seriously, just let it go. Apply this to any scenario and it can help you to elevate your vibration and make space for what’s coming next.
