In this week’s episode I chat with Ashleigh Warner about about her experience of becoming a mother and how this has evolved over the years for her. We discuss finding meaning and purpose in motherhood, learning to sit with discomfort and to slow down.. and the biggie: surrender.
Ashleigh is a mother of two young children and is a family psychologist who works with families from all over the world. Ashleigh supports families on their respectful parenting path when things get tough. She has a passion for working with families with more sensitive and stuck children as these kids are often so misunderstood. Ashleigh runs the instagram page, raising humans kind, where she shares information and education that supports families to understand what is beneath their child's behaviour so that they can go from the heat of the moment to the heart of the matter.
If you enjoyed this episode I would absolutely love for you to support me by subscribing and leaving me a review. This helps more mothers be able to see and hear the podcast, and experience feeling seen, validated, and part of this community.
