We are tackling a topic that’s a bit personal for us—our relationship with food and body shaming. There’s nothing wrong with trying to make our bodies healthier, but it can lead us to a place where we struggle to stick to our resolutions and set unrealistic goals, which can lead to an unhealthy relationship with our self-worth. In this episode, we discuss how diet culture and weight stigma is an unhealthy way to view ourselves and others, how to heal our emotional relationship with our bodies, and how engaging food from a place of joy can make us healthier.
