Preparing yourself to combat the challanges of chronic illness or disability doesn't come with a "How To" guide. Although this would be pretty amazing if it did. We figure out what works for us in the process. We find ways of "dealing" with sudden changes in our condition.
I personally have found some symptoms of MS to honestly be pretty amazing. (This is my brains way of geeking out btw) while finding a more acceptable approach of dealing with the reality of its suckiness. Because yes, MS can suck at times.
This one may be a stretch for some but if you know me than you know that I will always find a way to flip the diaglouge of difficult things. It's become a useful defense mechanism that works for me. Maybe it will work for you too!
