Have you ever wondered why you should be doing the big 3 lifts? The squat, bench and deadlifts?

The big 3 lifts are fundamental, foundational exercises and movements that anyone can benefit from. You should absolutely include these in your training in some sort of way and in this episode we discuss why that’s true.

In this episode, we are joined by Wil Pizzo who owns a gym, Built Strong Strength Club, that specializes in kettlebell and barbell training. Over the years he has received multiple certifications in performance enhancement, TRX Suspension and is a StrongFirst Certified Level 1 trainer.
